Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, learning progress, onboarding responses, and any interaction history. If you can’t access the app, email us from your registered address.
Nudges require location, notification, and optionally calendar permissions. Check your device settings. On iOS, background location must be set to “Always.” If problems persist, contact support with your device model and OS version.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password. You will receive a one-time code at your registered email to reset your password.

Yes. SPARK is a free micro-learning app. We do not sell in-app purchases or subscriptions.
